This spectacular and festive experience is made for you !

During this unusual initiation experience into the Art of Sabrage, we will tell you the region, the Terroir, the Art of serving and give you our tasting advice.

After the sabrage, enjoy your bottles of Champagne* (their quantity depends on the number of people) accompanied by Biscuits roses of Reims.

*If you are an even group: 1 bottle of champagne will be sabered per group of 2 people.
In case of an odd group: for example group of 3 people: 1 sabered bottle / group of 5 people: 2 sabered bottles / group of 7 people: 3 sabered bottles, etc… and if you are more people or if you want more bottles it is also possible, do not hesitate to contact us.

Detailed program

Sabrage is an Art in the region and we will introduce you to this famous local tradition.

After your sabrage, you will fully enjoy your sabered bottles in our garden on a private terrace in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

You will choose your glass from a large collection of Champagne glasses. We will explain why the choice of glass influences your tasting experience.

We will also take the opportunity to discuss vineyard management on our planted vines, and the process of making Champagne in our small teaching cellar.

It will also be an opportunity to tell you about the village and vineyard Grand Cru of Aÿ, the Champagne Appellation, the region and its exceptional terroir, the history of Champagne and its secrets.

The tasting will be accompanied by the famous Biscuits Roses of Reims.

We will also give you good advice to visit independent growers or Champagne Houses and share the best addresses of the locals.

This unusual experience will remain an unforgettable memory with supporting videos and photos to impress your friends on returning from your stay in Champagne.
This moment will be the MUST of your stay in Champagne ! All that’s left for you is to make a surprise at your wedding by sabering a bottle of champagne.

A souvenir gift is provided for the bride and groom.

  We spent an absolutely brilliant day with Emma touring the vineyards and family champagne houses, easily the best way to explore this area.  Emma was knowledgeable, super friendly, patient (we asked a lot of questions!) and explained the champagne making process and history of the region perfectly.  We visited a couple of small family houses for tastings which was a great contrast to the other visits we made to the big houses.    Highly highly recommended.

  We had an amazing day with Nina touring vineyards, unique local Champagne houses and going to a great bistro for lunch.  Nina is a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide who created an interesting itinerary for us.  We had booked and rebooked this tour throughout Covid and Isabelle was always accommodating and friendly.   We had an amazing day tour of the vineyards and small cellars of Champagne! Our tour guide, Nina, was absolutely amazing because she speaks perfect English AND she has a winemaking background - so she was able to answer all our MILLION questions!
