Our Team Building is an outdoor activity lasting a maximum of 3 hours.

Detailed program

From the ” Maison Aÿ Champagne Experience”, next to the one where the famous master glassmaker René Lalique was born, we will give you a map and give you indications to go discover the village and the historic vineyard of Aÿ-Champagne.

Map in hand, as a team, you will have 2 hours to complete this 3.5 km outdoor course accessible to all (1 to 4 courses will be offered depending on the number of participants).

The village of Aÿ is one of the most famous villages of Champagne. It was the main center of the Champagne industry in the 16th century.

The kings of France had their own wine presses and the Champagne wines were formerly called “Wines of Aÿ”.
A few centuries later, prestigious Champagne houses such as Bollinger and Deutz, as well as the first cooperative and distillery of Champagne, were established there.

This course with clues and challenges will also allow you to discover the historic hillsides of Champagne listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and the Aÿ vineyard classified at the highest level of the Champagne Appellation in Grand Cru.

We will gather for a graduation and a Champagne tasting in a welcoming and authentic Champagne atmosphere !

On request, options are possible such as a visit and tastings at a family grower or our Sabrage Experience.
We can recommend restaurants in Aÿ Champagne to stay the day in the village.

  We spent an absolutely brilliant day with Emma touring the vineyards and family champagne houses, easily the best way to explore this area.  Emma was knowledgeable, super friendly, patient (we asked a lot of questions!) and explained the champagne making process and history of the region perfectly.  We visited a couple of small family houses for tastings which was a great contrast to the other visits we made to the big houses.    Highly highly recommended.

  We had an amazing day with Nina touring vineyards, unique local Champagne houses and going to a great bistro for lunch.  Nina is a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide who created an interesting itinerary for us.  We had booked and rebooked this tour throughout Covid and Isabelle was always accommodating and friendly.   We had an amazing day tour of the vineyards and small cellars of Champagne! Our tour guide, Nina, was absolutely amazing because she speaks perfect English AND she has a winemaking background - so she was able to answer all our MILLION questions!
