1 -PRICES

The prices are indicated in net and in euros. They include taxes and are subject to change without notice.
Entrances to monuments, meals and tastings are included when mentioned.

2 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The service is confirmed once payment of 100% of the amount due has been made, unless there is an express contractual agreement.
For certain private or tailor-made services, payments may be made by mutual agreement by bank transfer.
Whether made by credit card or bank transfer, any payment must include any additional costs due to bank charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
If there is a scheduled deposit, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the service.
If the order is confirmed less than 60 days before service, we may request full payment.

For the cancellation of a service at least 7 days before the departure of the tour, the full refund is granted*. Cancellation must be expressly notified in writing.
The cancellation of a service by the customer due to bad weather is the sole responsibility of the customer. No refund can be claimed.
If AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE takes the decision to cancel a service (dangerous weather conditions, mechanical problems of the vehicles, unexpected health problems of the driver), the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

For private tours with transport : 

• Up to D-7: 100% refunded*
• Less than 7 days before the tour = non-refundable
• Modification of the date possible according to our availabilities
• The minimum number of participants for a departure of our private tours is 2 people

For small group tours with transportation :

• Up to D-7: 100% refunded*
• Less than 7 days before the tour = non-refundable
• Modification of the date possible according to our availabilities.
• The minimum number of participants for a departure of our small group tours is 2 people. Otherwise, AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund the customer in full.

Experiences without transport :

Once your booking request has been sent, it will be confirmed after payment. For cancellations, the same rules apply as for our private tours with transport.

*Full refund means less back transaction fees for payment of 3% of the amount which will no be refunded. 

3 – PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES

Excursions are operated using electric E-Mehari vehicles or air-conditioned minibuses containing 3 to 8 passenger seats plus the driver. Smoking and eating in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
The departures of our excursions are guaranteed from 2 people.
AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE reserves the right to modify the program without notice for equivalent services, depending on the availability and cancellations of its own service providers. These modifications do not give any right to reimbursement or compensation.
AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE reserves the right to cancel a service without notice if the weather conditions pose a danger to people or a risk of breakage of equipment. These cancellations give the right to reimbursement of the service or the portion of the service not performed.
AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, nor for passenger accidents when boarding and alighting vehicles, nor for loss or theft of personal items during the duration of the excursion.

4 – DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts on which the company’s registered office depends. The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.

5 – PERSONAL DATA

Data is collected and processed for the purpose of managing your stay (including booking operations, follow-up, payment, satisfaction assessment, information). For use for commercial prospecting purposes, we ask for your consent in accordance with the rules of the GDPR. In accordance with the provisions of the law “Informatique et Liberté” of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access to your data, a right of modification and a right of opposition that you can exercise by contacting us an e-mail to the address contact@aychampagneexperience.fr or a letter indicating your surname, first name and postal address to AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE, 5 Bd Charles de Gaulle, 51160 AY.

6 – EMERGENCY NUMBER

AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE provides an emergency number to all its customers.
This number must be used on site to warn of any unforeseen event that could have an impact on the progress of the program: delay, increase or decrease in the number of people. Failure to provide this emergency number may result in the invoicing of additional charges.

AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE never communicates to its customers the private number of its driver-guides out of respect for their privacy. The driver-guides are not authorized to make any decision whatsoever concerning the client’s program. The number to contact for any change request is the emergency number.

7 – RESPONSIBILITY

AY CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE cannot be held liable in the event of loss, forgetting, theft or damage to personal effects during the services it organizes on behalf of its customers, whether in the places used or visited for the occasion, means of transport, accommodation, places to eat, etc.
